Ancient hand shop blown signed glass artifact

This beautiful hand blown glass artifact measures approximately 4 inches tall by 4 inches wide I am unsure of its origin or age. When I purchased it I was told that it was very very old. It has a mark on the bottom that appears to be I am or WI. There is some sort of salt glaze or imperfection all over the piece. It shop is extremely delicate.
