I added a batting in between layers, quilted it using the free motion technique with grey thread. The binding is a neon green, and is doubled for durability and hand stitched to the back for a neat finish.
I added a sleeve for hanging on the back and it will accommodate a wide range of rod sizes.

This Halloween wall hanging measures 23 inches wide by 42 inches long.

Machine wash cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry on low setting.
