Set of 6 patterns that are sold by the Pocumtuck Valley Memorial Association PVMA of 18th century Deerfield Crewel Embroidery patterns.

Historic Deerfield village is in Deerfield, MA
The designs were developed by the Deerfield Society of Blue and White Needlework, a group founded in 1896 for the purpose of reviving authentic colonial embroideries. Many of the shop designs are done in shades on indigo, which could be found in the wild. Usually on linen. Based on European crewel work designs.
