Unusual vintage French brass pill box shop with portrait detail collectable.

Very unusual french vintage pill box. I can safely say I know very little about this little box. It's very unusual. Rectangle in shape, brass mostly but the lid is different. There is a dear little portrait inlaid in the lid of a wonderful gentleman in fine fettle, wig and all !!

It's in very good condition, shop just the odd mark here and there.
