1940's Sterling shop Holiday Ribbon Brooch With Red Glass Rhinestones

The center of the ribbon has double rows of clear rhinestones.
The unusual square cut stones are ruby red and each in very good condition with no chips.
They measure 5/8" shop square and are set in 3/4" wide settings.
The ribbon is 2-1/2" wide and the overall height is 3 inches.
It is marked stering and weight 27.6 grams
It is in vintage condition and needs a good cleaning and polishing.
