Vintage 1930s/1940s silk evening bag with beautifully hand engraved gold vermeil monogram pin. shop

Possibly 1930s or 1940s silk satin evening bag in perfect vintage condition. The bag has a brass tone clasp with decorative design as well as intricately engraved gold vermeil monogram pin with letters LM in cursive. The pin is permanently affixed to the bag shop and I assume it was custom made for whomever owned it.
The bag is lined with same silk satin fabric and has a small business card size pocket.
