-Used several times. I decided to sell it because I'm expecting a baby and will have no time to use it. *WARNING* When you plug in, it sometimes sparks and leave black mark on the plug. (It was like that from the first time I used it.) To avoid this happen, I highly recommend you to plug it without the battery, then connect to battery. -I recommend to watch AJ MAKES's “HOW TO shop USE TUFTING GUN” on YouTube. Her video really helps to know how to use tufting gun!.
