Designed and signed by Kramer of New York a shop beautiful vintage crystal rhinestone brooch. Made sometime between 1940's and the 1950's. It has three different cuts and shape Crystal rhinestones. It measures approx. 1 3/4" round. Some crystals are not as brigh maybe with a good cleaning they will sparkle again. It is marked Kramer on the back. A rolling clasp, works great. In good vintage condition.
