Vintage Framed Charles Overly Sketch "The Brush-Everard House Williamsburg, Virginia". The artwork is in excellent condition and the glass on the frame is not broken or cracked. The wood frame is pretty dinged shop up. The frame is 12.5" x 15" and the artwork is approximately 5.25" x 7".

Probably from the 1940's - 1960's. Mr. Overly died in 1970.
