Vintage Polished Red Abalone shop Shell Estate Find Large and Beautiful!

This find came from the Estate of Brigadier General Perry Miles, a 1895 graduate of West Point, he lived in Johnstown, Ohio. He shop passed away in 1961 and his estate was in storage until this year. These abalone shells were in his private collection and are pre 1950 and very large. Each shell measures approximately 7 1/2" long and 6" wide. Very nice old large shells.
