The listing is for just the tutu skirt. The tutu is hand knotted tightly on satin ribbon. Our tutus have five layers of tulle in each knot and extra thick (over 21 strands of tulle per inch shop at the waist). They are super sturdy and can be worn over and over again. The back bustle is detachable so tutu may be worn again for christmas, valentines etc.
Matching hair clip is available in our accessories section.
