Vintage dress by Bernie Bee New York from the 1960s. It has long sleeves. The top portion is off-white with gold thread sewn throughout the twirls of the fabric. The neckline and empire waistline are adorned with gold sequins and gold thread. Below the waistline, the dress is black velvet. It zips up the back and has a hook and eye closure at the top of the zipper.
It is in good condition. The fabric around the top of the zipper shows some wear.
It says it is a size 12, although I am typically a women's size 4-6 and the dress fits me very well. I would say it fits more like a size 6 in modern-day standards.
