This is a good condition sterling silver ring with rhodium/chrome finish, set with a large blue paste gem to imitate sapphire. The condition overall is good with some general age wear and light abrasions shop on the stone which are hard to see when worn.

Note that this is a large chunky ring. The size listed is a basic mandrel and I can't guarantee that the ring will work with all finger types, depending on finger shape some may find that large or thick rings fit differently. I can only provide a mandrel size I can't tell you how exactly the ring will fit on your finger.
