It is missing some pieces here and there but I would say 95% complete. Missing pieces are shop small pieces and some accessories for minfigures. Missing bottom half of wrecked ship and Has a different sting ray from the one that comes in the original set. Also missing one instruction manual but it can be found online. Thanks for looking!.
